
Fall is here, and it won’t be long until it’s Thanksgiving. So, here’s an early “Happy Thanksgiving” from everyone at GNG Plumbing. We’re thankful for all our customers, employees and friends who sustain us throughout the years. We hope you all have a wonderful holiday season.
If you’re a long-time customer of GNG Plumbing, you’ve probably noticed some changes in the way we communicate with you. Over the past year, we’ve updated several aspects of our business in an effort to be more efficient and to serve you better. As a result, we will likely be asking you to confirm your contact information and communication preferences the next time we speak.
We’ve moved to a new scheduling and billing software, which enables us to alert you by text or email when your technician is on the way to your home. We can also send alerts by text or email to confirm appointments and to alert you if the technician is running late, but those changes will be implemented in the coming months.
One of the biggest changes we’ve made is enabling our technicians to create proposals, generate invoices and collect contactless payments on the spot. For customers who are not home during our visit, your technician can email these documents to you for approval and/or payment, and all invoices can be paid securely online by credit card or echeck.
These changes were put in place to ensure we can assist our customers more quickly and efficiently, and to ensure we’re here to serve you for another 35 years!
